It has extremely helpful staff in assisting you, and, overall, it's nice place to stay in London. The venue has magnificent and unbeatable setting right in the heart of London.

The staff was helpful throughout the stay and in assisting you. There were a microwave oven, an air conditioning, and an individual safe, a bathtub. Bathroom was clean. Its location was lovely, max 5 mins walk to a known international art gallery.

Fantastic base for exploring London. Wonderful and beautiful location a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of London. A market and shops nearby.

We stayed 10 nights and had a very good time. The room was cozy and had a nice view of the park. The apartment was equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, and dishwasher. We had a great ten-day stay at Arlington House Apartments. The room was cozy with a lovely park view, and it had all the amenities we needed including a washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, and dishwasher. We truly enjoyed the beautiful views of St James Park.

The combination of beautiful location and staff made our stay. Had a huge room with garden view to ourselves. It had a stunning and ideal setting close to London as well as Green Park.

The nearby metro station was just a short walk away, making transportation a breeze. The room was well-furnished and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. it was a fantastic experience.

I was disappointed to find out that there were no facilities for smokers, forcing me to go outside on the main street to smoke.

The rooms here have plenty of storage space and some offer lovely park views.

Huge apartment for reasonable value. It was a superb experience: phenomenal location & lovely staff. Lovely communication, fast check-in. There was warm room, towels were white. Lovely garden.

building is neat, everything is pretty clean. there's a full kitchen with all useful stuff.

The staff were very helpful and the location was great. We were close to a train station and had easy access to the city. Also, the value for money was excellent.

The building was not wheelchair accessible, which was a major inconvenience for guests with strollers or mobility issues. The beds were uncomfortable and we found it more comfortable to sleep on the couch.

Great friendly front office and service staff excellent location, very close to high end shopping, dining and entertainment. Clean,spacious and nicely furnished apartments.

Still managed as medium stay apartment, where house keeping change towels and bed sheet on weekly bases and would charge 3 £ per towel for each additional change! House keeping cleaning can be improved! No access for wheel chairs at the entrance
